This section of my portfolio is deeply meaningful to me as it represents the true essence of who I am. In addition to designing innovative solutions, Creating art played an important role in keeping my creative juices flowing.
I draw a lot of inspiration from illustrators like Kerby Rosanes and artists like Salvador Dali, especially their surrealistic works. Surrealism ignites my imagination, encouraging me to dream big and aim high in my artistic pursuits.
Its boundaryless nature allows me to push my artistic limits and explore new horizons as an artist. The freedom and limitless possibilities of surrealism fuel my creativity and drive me to create art that is both unique and thought-provoking.

Balance

Medium : Ink on Paper
"Death is not the opposite of life, but a part of it."
There needs to be a balance between the good and the bad, Darkness and light, poverty and prosperity. For without this balance, the universe struggles to live on the extremes; it either ends up as hell or as heaven. To maintain the balance among various universes, life needs to exist along with death. Therefore, The illustration here depicts the harmony that nature maintains between death (skulls) and life (flowers) in the universe (Mandla)

Abhaya Mudra

Medium : Ink on Paper
"Death is not the opposite of life, but a part of it."
This illustration depicts the gesture of fearlessness, reassurance and safety (Abhaya Mudra). In varieties of universes that exist
and various creatures that prevail in those universes, fear is what instigates the drive to evolve. But for that evolution to be guided, fearlessness and security is essential. Hence, in this illustration, Buddha gestures the Abhaya Mudra to govern, safeguard and reassure the existence of various universes represented by mandlas, and creatures of all forms represented by fish and flowers.

There are two dragons in this illustration, One in the lower section depicting the darker side of ourselves and one that is harder to notice, surrounds the symbol of yin and yang, Thus stealthily protecting it and representing the good that exists 1n us.

Yin Yang

Medium : Ink on Paper
"Surrealism is destructive, but it destroys only what it considers to be shackles limiting our visions."
It is only when one trusts that they can succeed, do they truly embark their journey towards an extraordinary success. To be able to dream big is the first step towards accomplishing greater heights. Inspired by surrealism, this illustration is meant to represent the success achieved by beings when they truly outdone themselves. Like the whales that decided that the sea is not their endgame, and chose to fly high, beyond what anyone else could fathom.
